PTP Test Performance were considered acceptable in 20e38 - Heating: Switch Mode Power Supply

    Recently, FQII received the electrical proficiency testing final report from IFM, one of the international quality service organizations, and the performance by our electronic department were considered acceptable.

    Heating is an important index to evaluate the insulation performance of electronic and electrical products, reflecting the temperature situation of each component of switching power supply during operating. Test of heating is complex since the test result could be affected by many factors, such as environmental temperature, humidity, air movement, etc. While, in benefit of personnel’s rich experience and excellent technical ability, 20 of all test results were evaluated as excellent after thoroughly studying of the operation instructions, adopting a variety of effective environmental control methods.

    In recent years, as the IECEE CB Teting Laboratory (CB laboratory), FQII has always taken the international proficiency testing program as an important platform for guarantee and improvement of technical personnel’s testing ability. By actively participated in various of international PTP, our technical personnel could benefit from difficulty and strict requirements of every PTP test.
