On June 24, FQII has learned from a municipal public security bureau in some city of Fujian that, a criminal case of manufacturing, selling and counterfeiting a registered trademark product entrusted by the bureau is determined through technical evaluation, and the case has been transferred to the Procuratorate for review and prosecution.
In middle April, FQII was invited to identify a batch of Nanfu batteries, and by detailed comparison of technical parameters and shape characteristics, it is found that the batch of 125,000 “Nanfu” batteries which are worthy of more than RMB 300,000 are counterfeit products. The technical support personnel from FQII cooperate with the public security organization to fight against the criminal activity of manufacturing, selling and counterfeiting the registered trademark product, which makes positive contributions to maintaining the normal market order.
