On October 16, the State Administration for Market Regulation organized the expert group to conduct on-site acceptance on the National Quality Supervision and Testing Center for Small and Medium-sized Motor Products (Fujian) (hereinafter referred to as the “center”) that has been completed by FQII. After the on-site testing and review by the expert group, the center passed the acceptance smoothly.

    During the on-site review, the acceptance expert group listened to the report on the basic situation and the preparation work of the center, inspected operating sites and laboratory environmental conditions of the center, and conducted a rigorous and comprehensive review on the completion and implementation of preparation tasks of the center from six aspects such as technical capabilities, team building, scientific research capabilities, operation conditions, influence and authority and local government support by using methods such as data review, forum assessment and blind sample testing to compare with the acceptance and evaluation index system on capacity building of the National Quality Testing Center. After comprehensive evaluation, the expert group fully affirmed the preparation work of the center, and believed that the center has relatively complete technical qualifications, high level of testing technology, complete equipment, sufficient test sites, good on-site management and strong comprehensive service capabilities, so as to give full play to its advantages in testing and testing technology in the region, provide testing technology support and services for production enterprises and provide strong technical support for product quality supervision at all levels of government; the center has effective measures in talent introduction and training plans, a reasonable team structure and a high level of personnel expertise; the center can give full play to its own technical advantages when undertaking or participating in standard professional institutions and related academic organizations, has a certain right of speech, has played an important role in the field of motor testing and in promoting the development of the industry and has a leading level in overall capacity building domestically. 

     As the earliest provincial-level testing organization for motor products in Fujian, the center has more than 50 years of history in motor product testing with strong strength and excellent technology, and has formed a certain brand advantage. The center will take the acceptance as a starting point to continue to improve the construction level and comprehensive strength of the national public technical service platform and provide more efficient and higher-level support services for the product quality supervision at all levels of government and the high-quality development of the motor manufacturing industry inside and outside Fujian.
