Recently, the provincial bureau science and technology project ‘DC Low Voltage Circuit Breaker Make-break Test and Detection System Development’ successfully passed the expert group acceptance, the research result reached the leading level in the domestic industry.

    According to the requirements of GB/T 14048.2, GB/T 10963.2 and other standards, a set of DC low voltage circuit breaker make-break test detection system is developed for the test data acquisition of DC electrical products. The system is powerful and can realize the functions of control timing output, waveform cursor positioning, data batch processing, report generation, remote monitoring and so on.

    The research result has been put into use in Electrical Equipment Department of FQII, and the working efficiency has been obviously improved. This result has a wide range of application scenarios. It can meet the test requirements of national standards better. It will play an important role in promoting the technical progress of low-voltage electrical testing industry.
