Recently, FQII received two notifications on results from Shanghai Electrical Equipment Testing Institute Co., LTD., and satisfactory results were obtained in the proficiency tests of “low-voltage electrical apparatus characteristic test” and “enclosure protection level test (IPX4)”.

    The operating characteristics of low-voltage electrical apparatus are an important indicator to judge the overload protection function of low-voltage electrical products, including two important parameters such as the tripping time and tripping current and the reliable protection of low-voltage electrical products can avoid serious consequences such as equipment damage and fire. The enclosure protection level test (IPX4) is to verify the protection condition when water enters the enclosure to cause adverse effects on the equipment, and qualified protection can ensure the normal operation of the equipment without damage.

    The satisfactory results of the two proficiency tests reflect that our institute has excellent testing ability for low-voltage electrical products, and can provide scientific and reliable testing data for government supervision and enterprise quality improvement.
