Recently, FQII received the proficiency testing result report from China NIL Research Center for Proficiency Testing that the result of “proficiency testing on surface roughness measurement of metal materials (stylus method)” participated in by FQII was satisfactory.
The surface roughness of metal materials is closely related to the abrasive resistance, corrosion resistance, fatigue strength, contact rigidity, vibration, noise, etc. of parts, which has an important impact on the service life and reliability of mechanical products, and is an important testing item for mechanical parts. The result of proficiency testing was satisfactory, indicating that FQII has solid testing technology capabilities in the testing capabilities of mechanical product parts, so as to provide accurate and reliable testing data for enterprises and the society.
