For the last few days, Department of Electrical Product Tesing of FQII received more than 20 letters of thanks and banners in succession from Xiamen Shihlin Electric Co., Ltd., Fujian Senda Electric Co., Ltd., etc., to express thanks to Department of Electrical Appliances for its accurate precise help and efficient services.

    Over the past year, Department of Electrical Product Tesing focused on development needs of enterprises and helped the enterprises solve practical problems in the fields of product certification, inspection and testing and new product research and development. Firstly, it centered on version change of GB/T 7251.2—2023 Standard for Low-voltage Switchgear Products, and organized a technical team to dock and guide the application for version change and data preparation for the enterprises; up to now, it has guided and helped more than 300 low-voltage electrical appliance manufacturers nationwide to successfully complete the version change of nearly 2000 unit standards. Secondly, Section of Quality Improvement Technical Services for Low-voltage Electrical Appliance Industry specially appointed a team to regularly go deep into Xiamen Shihlin Electric Co., Ltd., etc. to provide technical services, helped the enterprises optimize the product design, improve the product performance, reduce the production cost and shorten a R&D and production cycle, and interpreted policies and provided cutting-edge technical guidance for the enterprises in daily certification and commissioned testing. Thirdly, it focused on personalized demands of the enterprises in terms of product design, production and quality control improvement, and the technical team responded quickly to precisely provide guidance and support of “one policy for one enterprise”, help solve urgent and difficult problems and escort high-quality development of the enterprises.
