Recently, LI Jie, chief expert in the field of coating and adhesive testing technology and application from FQII, was recognized as one of the first batch of provincial-level high-level talents in 2023 by the Department of Human Resources and Social Security of Fujian Province.

    LI Jie has published 15 professional articles, including 2 overseas professional core journals, which have been included in SCI. An invention patent “Detection method for Yellowing Risk Assessment of Chemical Building Materials” won the second prize in the industry, and led the achievement of the first patent open license in Fujian, which as a typical case reported to the China National Intellectual Property Administration. 

    He participated in the compilation of 28 standards at all levels which were widely used, wherein GB/T 36797-2018 “Epoxy Resin Joint Sealant for Anti-cracking in Refurbishment” won the first prize of the Standard Contribution Award issued by the People’s Government of Fujian Province. In 2021, he was selected as a candidate for the “Hundred, Thousand and Ten Thousand Talents” Project in Fujian Province, and the recognition of this honor is one of the concrete results of FQII’s continuous implementation of the “Five Qualities” Upgrade Project for many years. In the future, FQII will continue to implement the development strategy of “Strengthening FQII by Talents”, further play the leading and exemplary role of high-level talents, and strive to build a quality inspection base where talents gather together.
