Recently, an invention patent “Detection Method for Yellowing Risk of Chemical Building Materials” (Patent No.: ZL201710339788.2) developed and written by FQII as the first patentee won the gold award of Fuzhou Patent Awards in 2023, which was reviewed and awarded by the Office of the Municipal Review Committee for Patent Awards under Fuzhou People’s Government.

    The patent “Detection Method for Yellowing Risk of Chemical Building Materials” (Patent No.: ZL201710339788.2) was presided over by Comrade LI Jie, a chief expert from the Institute of plastic and chemical products inspection and research of FQII. The patent successfully solved the industry problem of quantitative measurement of bleeding and yellowing risks, which can help building materials-related enterprises investigate quality risks effectively, lead technological innovation, integrate into the new development pattern and make contributions to further promoting the creation and application levels of intellectual property rights in Fuzhou and promoting high-quality development of the industry.

    The award is established in accordance with relevant provisions of the Notice on Printing and Distributing Review Method for Fuzhou Patent Awards by the General Office of Fuzhou People's Government (Provision [2023] No. 4 by the Fuzhou Government Office) to encourage patentees and inventors who have made outstanding contributions to technological innovation, industrial transformation and upgrading and high-quality development in Fuzhou.
