In order to promote the improvement of the enterprise product quality and facilitate the promotion and transformation of scientific research achievements, on the occasion of the “2023 National Science and Technology Activity Week”, the scientific special commissioner from Electric Appliance Department of FQII went deep into many low-voltage electric appliance enterprises in Xiamen to carry out technical assistance with the theme of “the scientific special commissioner sending care”.

    At Xiamen Lianrong Electronic Control Co., Ltd., the scientific special commissioner explained the basic theory, characteristics and extinguishing principle, etc. of arc analysis of low-voltage electric appliances for the enterprise, carried out the discussion on the quality promotion of disconnecting switches and dual power supply products, and meanwhile analyzed and answered the abnormal use of products and commissioned tests concerned by the enterprise on site. At Xiamen Shihlin Electric Co., Ltd., the scientific special commissioner took the initiative to approach the quality promotion demands of the enterprise, communicated with technical research personnel on the issues related to arc simulation scientific research of miniature circuit breakers, and went deep into the product production workshop to investigate and understand the technical problems that the enterprise urgently needs to solve in the whole process of raw material supplier evaluation, new product research and development, mold design, malfunction and failure analysis, product inspection and testing and continuous improvement of the product quality, so as to make preliminary preparations for the next research and formulation of targeted solutions. The technical assistance has achieved good results.
