Recently, FQII newly obtains testing qualifications of energy efficiency labels for three categories of products, namely, permanent magnet synchronous motors, LED lamps for road and tunnel lighting, and LED downlights for indoor lighting, and has become the first third-party testing mechanism in Fujian that has been authorized to test and record energy efficiency labels for the above products.

    FQII attaches great importance to the testing capability construction of green products. Up to now, FQII has been authorized to test and record energy efficiency labels for twelve categories of products, such as projectors, flat-screen TVs and small and medium-sized three-phase asynchronous motors, so as to provide efficient and convenient localized testing services for enterprises inside and outside the province.

    Energy efficiency labels are a type of compulsory product conformity marks that the state requires to wear for energy-using products with large energy-saving potential and wide use, in order to strengthen energy-saving management and improve the energy efficiency of energy-using products. Energy efficiency labels are used to convey the necessary energy consumption information to consumers, guide and help consumers choose high-efficiency and energy-saving products, and promote the development of an energy-saving society.
